How to Request Account Deletion
For security purposes, deletion requests must originate from your registered email address. To request deletion:
- Send an email to support@kumbhtech.com.
- Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line.
- Include your full name and confirmation of your intent to delete your account and associated data.
What Happens After Your Request
Our support team will verify the request's legitimacy, then permanently remove your personal information within 30 days. Transaction logs and KYC data may be retained longer where required by regulation, as described in our Privacy Policy. You will receive a final confirmation by email once the deletion is complete.
