Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• Payments are required in advance for services provided by Kumbhtech or its partners (AMCs, banks, etc.) upon user registration or service initiation.
• All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR). Kumbhtech reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
• Your payment will normally reach the Kumbhtech account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
• Kumbhtech is not liable for any payment not reaching the correct account due to incorrect details provided by the user. Kumbhtech is also not liable for payments refused or declined by the credit/debit card issuer.
• If the card supplier declines payment, Kumbhtech is under no obligation to notify the user. The user should check with their bank or card supplier.
• In no event will Kumbhtech be liable for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or the results of using this site, or any linked websites.
