How to Request Data Deletion

To protect your account security, we require deletion requests to come directly from the email address associated with your account.

  2. Subject Line: Please use "Account Deletion Request" as your subject line.
  3. Message Body: Include your full name and state that you wish to permanently delete your Kumbhtech account and all associated personal data.

What Happens After Your Request?

  • Verification: Our support team will verify that the request originated from the registered email address.
  • Data Removal: Upon verification, we will permanently delete your personal information, usage data, and account access credentials from our active databases within 30 days.
  • Exceptions: Please note that certain transaction logs and KYC-related data may be retained securely for a longer period strictly to comply with financial regulations and legal obligations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
